The world is changing. We are becoming more conscious of the products we use and the ingredients they contain. Unico Formulations was made by professional hairdresser, Sofia Basile, as an answer to the lack of natural, Australian-made and professional hair products on the market.
Derived from pure plant ingredients and enriched with vitamins and essential oils, Unico presents its high-performance range of salon quality hair care products – designed for the harsh Australian climate. All products are versatile and can be intermixed with any of the other products in the Unico Formulations range.
Designed, sourced and manufactured in Australia, Unico products offer a locally-made, professional and quality hair care range that will nourish and improve texture. The current range of products include shampoos, conditioners, a protein treatment and leave-in conditioner.
SHAMPOOS
Unico shampoos help to cleanse without stripping, leaving your hair feel clean and moisturised and are incredibly gentle on the scalp. Each shampoo works to restore your hair to its correct ph. levels and is great for those with sensitive skin. Unico’s natural shampoos are nourishing, Australian-made and are brimming with essential oils to hydrate and protect hair colour from fading.
CONDITIONERS
A unique formulation of pure essential oils that strengthens, minimises breakage and calms sensitive scalps while gently conditioning all hair types.
Contains Vitamin E to help restore the scalp while leaving the hair shiny, soft and nourished while hydrating without weighing the hair down.
PROTEIN TREATMENT
No hair care routine is complete without regular hair mask treatments to give extra body and shine. Our moisture repair protein treatment is designed to treat coloured or damaged hair and protects hair against the harsh effects of Australian sun, salt water and chlorine. It offers higher moisture content than traditional conditioners, to help repair extreme effects and damage on your hair.
LEAVE IN CONDITIONER
Unico Formulations’ leave-in conditioner is a spray-on product, rich in UV filters and proteins to help rebuild and strengthen the hair shaft. Ideal for harsh sunny climates, its repairing qualities help minimise colour fade and excessive damage from the sun’s UV rays. This leave in conditioner is the ideal product for families and anyone wanting to avoid messy, unmanageable hair.
